Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may request the cancellation of your order before it has been processed for shipment. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@2phitocontrol.com or by calling (787) 608-8844. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has already been processed.

2. Subscription Cancellations

If you have selected a subscription option, you may cancel it at any time before the next billing date. To cancel a subscription, log into your account and select the option to cancel the subscription, or contact our customer support team at info@2phitocontrol.com. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and no refunds will be issued for the period already paid.

3. Refund Policy for Cancellations

Cancellations made before an order is processed are eligible for a full refund. If the order has already been processed, the standard return and refund policy will apply. For subscriptions, once payment for a billing cycle has been processed, no refunds are offered; however, you may prevent the next charge by canceling before the next renewal date.

4. Modification of Purchase Options

If you wish to change your purchase options—such as switching from a one-time purchase to a subscription or adjusting the subscription frequency—please contact us at info@2phitocontrol.com. Changes may apply to the next billing cycle, and applicable refund and cancellation policies will apply accordingly.
