Eligibility for returns
Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date .
To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in its original packaging.

In the same condition in which you received them.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Items that cannot be returned
Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned :

Opened or used essential oils and fragrance refills.

Gift cards or promotional items.

Products purchased during final sale promotions .
How to request a refund

The item(s) you wish to return .

A brief explanation of the reason for the return .
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs , unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected .
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days .
Shipping costs are non-refundable .
Damaged or defective items
If you receive a defective or damaged product:

We will arrange to send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost .
Changes
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged .
