No. The Luxe Aroma Pilot uses cold nano-diffusion technology , so it doesn't need water or heat . You only need to use genuine Tufito Control essential oils.

How long does the fragrance last?

It will depend on the usage and intensity you program, but with average use, a 1 oz bottle can last between 3 and 4 weeks .

How do I control it from my cell phone?

Once connected to the electrical outlet, you can download our free app , sync your diffuser via Bluetooth, and easily program schedules, duration, and aroma intensity .

Does it work with any fragrance?

It is designed to work exclusively with our nano-diffusion fragrances , available in our online store. We do not recommend using other incompatible oils.

Does it emit steam or leave residue?

Where is the ideal place to put it?

How do you refill the oil?

Unscrew the bottom of the device, remove the empty bottle, and refill it. Make sure it's securely tightened before plugging it back into the outlet.
